3. Select ‘Pages’
4. Select the Page in the left menu that you would like to provide access
5. Go to ‘Settings’
6. Under Page Settings, Scroll down to page roles
7. Enter Name or Email Address of the person you would like to add
8. Select Page Role & Then Click the ‘Add’ button

3 Click blue ‘+’ button in the ‘Users’ tab
4 Enter ‘team@adgroup.ie in the email field & select ‘Admin’
5 Ensure ‘Admin’ access is granted from dropdown & click ‘Add’ button to add new user

2. Select ‘Access and security’
3. Click blue ‘+’ button in the ‘Users’ tab
4. Enter team@adgroup.ie in the email field & select ‘Admin’
5. Ensure ‘Admin’ access is granted from dropdown & click ‘Add’ button to add new user

4. Enter email address of new user
5. Ensure ‘Admin’ access is granted from dropdown & click ‘Add’ button to add new user
2. Click the ‘Manage team’ button
3. Enter the Twitter username or name of the new user you wish to add
4. Click the ‘Authorize’ button
5. Click ‘Change role’
6. Ensure ‘Admin’ access is granted & click the ‘Confirm’ button
1. (Go to business.facebook.com) On the Meta Business Suite overview page – click the account dropdown
2. Click the ‘Settings’ button (gear icon)
3. Select ‘More business settings’
4. Click ‘Add’ button
5. Enter the email address of the new user you wish to add
6. Ensure ‘Admin’ access is granted from dropdown & click ‘Next’ button
7. Select ‘Instagram accounts’
8. Ensure the correct page is selected & that ‘Content’ access is granted
9. Click the ‘Invite’ button to send invitation to new user
